Wheat flour type 850 is nutritionally more valuable wheat flour because it contains more vitamins, minerals, protein and cellulose fibers than other types of flour. On the other hand, this flour has poor technological properties, and therefore is more difficult to process and of it can't make the finest bakery products. This type of flour is especially suitable for all kinds of high-value biological breads and pastries.
